Bonding With Your Baby While Strengthening Your Post Partum Body
Playfully bond with your baby, while working on toning and strengthening your postpartum body, and nurturing your mind, body and soul with Yoga.
While being a new Mum is a joyful time in your life it can also be stressful, hard on your body and you can sometimes feel alone. In this class, you will connect with other like-minded Mums and Bubs sharing the experience and practice some well-needed self-care. It is a great opportunity to sow the seed of a Happy, Healthy lifestyle into our children as they practice with and alongside you.
Class includes postnatal yoga for you, stretching and strengthening the muscles most in need while engaging with your baby and baby yoga moves accompanied by songs and rhymes to help with digestion, relaxation, sleep, co-ordination and motor development.
- Special bonding experiences for Mums and Bubs with Yoga.
- Strengthening pelvic floor, abdomen and lower back with Yoga Poses.
- Realign and rebalance your body, releasing muscle tension and soreness from nursing and post partum bodies.
- Restful, restorative and recuperative yoga for pure exhaustion.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience including absolute beginners welcome with babies from 6 weeks up to active crawling. Please note: a maximum of one make up class is permitted if pre-arranged by contacting us.
