The Level 2 Reformer Pilates Training is a hands on fun-filled weekend where you will learn and embody over 100 exercises and jump board to challenge your most experienced Pilates clients.
This training is designed to take your classes to the next level, creating challenging and interesting reformer classes which keep your clients getting the results they are after.

What This Course Includes
The Level 2 Reformer Pilates Instructor Training is a comprehensive advanced programme that deepens your teaching skills, expands your repertoire, and prepares you to lead dynamic, safe, and results-driven Reformer classes with confidence.
- Sequence of Instructing Learn how to structure a class that flows — from warm-up to cool-down — including how to layer complexity, read your clients in real time, and transition smoothly between exercises.
- Advanced Exercise Repertoire Master exercises across seven movement series, with full reformer set-up, spring loads, verbal cues, target muscles, and regression and progression options for every single one.
- Jumping Board Plyometric Programme Explore the science of plyometrics and take your teaching to the next level with a full suite of dynamic Jumping Board exercises that add power, cardio, and variety to your classes.
- Reformer Stretches Build a toolkit of essential cool-down and mobility stretches to round out your classes and support client recovery.
- Injury Prevention and Management Develop clinical confidence with in-depth coverage of the most common injuries your clients will present with — including lower spine, upper limb, lower limb, and knee conditions — plus practical strategies for safe modification and knowing when to refer.

Admission
To complete this course, it is not necessary for you to be at an advanced level with your own Pilates practise. The only prerequisite is having completed a Level 1 Reformer Training.

Full Price: $995 (Earlybird: $895 – pay in full 1 month before the training)
Assessment
Practical assessment at course
This course is competency-based, which means students may submit their final assessment until they are deemed to be competent with a pass.
Absenteeism and Make-up Hours
It is strongly advised that make-up hours are done as soon as possible after they are missed – especially if it occurs in the middle of a course. Please note that this is done in private review at the student’s expense ($85 p/hr). Students have six months to make up any hours missed. If they exceed this timeline, the course is forfeited and the entire course must be retaken in order to examine and certify.

Cancellation Policy
Please choose your course carefully, as we do not offer refunds. However, if needed, you may transfer your enrolment to another course date or to another person.
- Final balance is due by the course start date unless a payment plan is in place.
- Your certificate will only be issued once full payment is received.
- To cancel your registration, you must email us to arrange a call with Lainie. Cancellations will not be processed via text or email alone.
- In case of a Pandemic or a positive PCR/RAT COVID test no refund will be given but course is transferable to another person or course date.
Date of Certification
Upon successful completion of the practical exam, students are considered certified instructors from their exam date, day 2.
Eligibility
Students must be at least 18 years of age and have completed a Level 1 Reformer Training to participate in a OFYF Level 2 Reformer Pilates Training.
Certification Appeals Process
Students who choose to appeal their certification score may do so in writing to info@onefamilyyogafitness.com.au 30 days of their course completion. All appeals will be attended to within 60 days of receipt.

Victor Vicencio

Co-Founder and principal personal trainer at One Family Yoga Pilates & Fitness, Victor has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to train to the goals and needs of the individual client.
Victor’s passion for sport started when he was just 10 years old and started participating in Judo classes. With 8 National Championships on his Black Belt, he decided to take the next step and get his degree in Physical Education whilst working as a Personal Trainer. He loved making a difference in people’s lives so much that after completing his degree he continued as a Personal Trainer to this day.
Victor and Lainie met working in the same gym in Santiago, Chile brought together by their love for health and fitness. In 2009, Lainie and Victor moved to Australia permanently, where they continue to pass on their love for teaching Group Fitness, Functional Strength, Personal Training, Pilates and Yoga.
Together, Lainie and Victor share their beliefs and values of living a healthy and happy life through Yoga and Fitness with their children.
It is with this in mind that they decided to open One Family Yoga and Fitness so that other families could do the same.
