In our busy and demanding lives, it is all too easy to become overwhelmed and dys-regulated, leading to stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and illness. This workshop combines the wisdom of clinical psychology and the ancient teachings of yoga to help you cultivate calm, resilience, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your own body.
