No, you don’t have to be super flexible to teach yoga or Pilates! While being flexible can be helpful, it’s really not a requirement. Both yoga and Pilates are about building strength, balance, and body awareness. As an instructor, your main job is to guide your students through the movements and help them understand their bodies. Lots of successful Pilates and yoga instructors come from all kinds of backgrounds, and flexibility levels vary. What matters most is your passion for the practice and your ability to connect with and support your students!
