A Certification of completion will be issues once the following have been completed:
- Attend all sessions of the face to face Yoga FIIT Teacher Training with Lainie Jenkins
Graduates will be able to register for YACEP’s with Yoga Alliance and CDP’s with Yoga Australia. Individual Modules can be used with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia for CPD points- Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Yoga FIIT.

- 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200) or higher – For Yoga teachers looking to integrate HIIT and strength training
- Pilates Mat or Reformer Instructor Certification – Useful for those with a Pilates background

Additional Requirements:
- Basic understanding of anatomy & movement mechanics – To ensure safe class instruction
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification – Mandatory for all instructors to teach
- Some experience in leading group fitness, Yoga, or Pilates classes
