  2. If you have not paid the entire amount owing by the deadline of your chosen pricing option, your booking will be cancelled without refund.
  3. Wise Wild and Free is not responsible for your travel to and from Ubud, Bali. You must organise your own flights and transfers.
  4. Wise Wild and Free is not responsible for your travel insurance, you must purchase your own and understand your policy in the unfortunate event you need to make a claim.
  5. Wise Wild and Free is not responsible for you getting into Indonesia or the costs associated (flights, visas, etc), you must do your own research to ensure you are eligible to get into the country.

  2. If for some reason you need to cancel, if before the 90 days before retreat a full refund is given less the $350 deposit. (Deposit is non-refundable.)

  4. In the unlikely event we do not get the minimum bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat.
