Playfully bond with your baby, while working on toning and strengthening your post partum body with Pilates, and nurturing your mind, body and soul with Yoga.

While being a new Mum is a joyful time in your life it can also be stressful, hard on your body and you can sometimes feel alone. In this class you will connect with other like minded Mums and Bubs sharing the experience and practice some well needed self care. It is a great opportunity to sow the seed of a Happy, Healthy lifestyle into our children as they practice with and along side you.

This class is suitable to all levels of experience including absolute beginners welcome with babies from 6 weeks to active crawling.

Classes include:

  • Special bonding experiences for Mums and Bubs through Pilates & Yoga.
  • Strengthening pelvic floor, abdomen and lower back with Pilates.
  • Realign and rebalance your body, releasing muscle tension and soreness from nursing and post partum bodies.
  • Restful, restorative and recuperative yoga for pure exhaustion.

When: 10:30 – 11:30am Tuesday 20th February – 13th March 2018

Price : $80 for 4 week block.

Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks to active crawling.
Please note : a maximum of one make up class is permitted if pre arranged via info@onefamilyyogafitness.com.au
