Join us for our Beginners Yoga 6 week course

This Beginners Yoga course is the perfect place to begin if you are new to yoga or even want to refresh or learn the fundamental building blocks of Hatha Yoga practice. At One Family Yoga & Fitness we believe that yoga is for EVERY Body. Within this course you will explore the practice & benefits of the various type of yoga Asanas (Foundation poses, sSanding poses, Balancing poses, Back bends, Seated poses, Forward bends and Twists) and teach you how to adapt them just for YOU. You will also learn essential breathing practices (Pranayama), deep relaxation, meditation and some basic yoga philosophy. With our experienced teachers you’ll gain the skills and confidence to practice yoga safely and effectively. Welcome to our family!

When: Saturday 8 – 9am, 6th January –  17th February (*Please note there is no class Saturday the 27th January)
